Acuren is currently recruiting for a diligent and competent Field Finance Administrator to join our team for the upcoming shutdown season. This temporary role is critical for managing the high volume of financial transactions, timekeeping, and records generated during peak maintenance periods.

Role Details:

• Term: Temporary (Shutdown Season)
• Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off, 10-hour shifts
• Start Date: April 2026
• Applicants must be local to Fort McMurray, AB

• Daily review of timesheets including swipe checking and contract compliance
• Daily timesheet entry into internal system
• Weekly time entry review in internal system
• Resolve pay issues or errors with site employees, escalate as necessary
• Time entry billing into client system (Fieldglass)
• Camp and flight bookings as required
• Log flight bookings for cost tracking
• Create flight and orientation timesheets for billing
• Onboarding new employees in client system including site access submissions and reactivations(Fieldglass)
• Electronic filing of all admin documents

• At least 2 years of related work experience
• Strong proficiency in MS Word/Excel with general knowledge of Accounting systems
• Experience with FieldGlass would be an asset
• Previous experience in accurate processing within a high-volume environment
• Ability to professionally and effectively build relationships
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience working in an industrial environment would be considered an asset
